Back to Basics

Day 23

Back to Basics is a great resource for making your way back to the way your grandparents did things.  Sometimes it's nice to go back to a simpler time when folks had to work harder but I can't help but wonder if they were more happy.
It talks about land, building, energy, raising your own vegetables, fruit and livestock and much, much more.
It's a "must-have" for your traditional library.

  1. Great book, after reading it several times at my cousins house, I finally bought it, to add to my collection of books. My library has grown quite a lot in three years. I think I have 5 books on gardening, 13 books on winemaking, and 3-4 other books on other subjects, quite a few hundred dollars worth of books! I love reading though, and love to learn.
