Seriously...you've got to check it out!

Good Morning! I'm doing my little bloggy thing this morning and I read a very informative and entertaining (she always makes me laugh) post from Leslie over at Crunchy Betty about using soap nuts. She's talking about them this week and sponsoring a giveaway (U.S. residents only) from Mountain Rose Herbs.

Hi, I saw your comment on alphabe thursday this week and unfortunately, after getting all excited about this giveaway I went to the crunchy community to enter to win but it is only offered to US residents . So sad :( . I will definitely think about getting some of those soapnuts though. Thanks for sharing .

*As a side note: sometimes water and/or soap applied to an area of irritation can increase discomfort. Often, a carrier oil or milk will ease the problem.
