Baked Apple Dip

Today's Applemania! recipe comes from my friend Karen's kitchen.

I guess you'd say it's a snack or appetizer and it sounds like a great addition to our Applemania! list and just in time for those football parties. She shared the basics for this recipe from the Ritz box but I don't have a name for it so we'll call it;

Karen's Baked Apple Dip

Spread 8 oz. Cream Cheese over bottom of small, shallow baking dish. (It's yogurt day so tomorrow I'll be making my own creamed cheese)
Top with chopped apples tossed with seedless raspberry jam.
Sprinkle with granola. (I'm going to try using Food for Life's Sprouted Ezekiel cereal)
Bake at 350° for 20 min.

Serve with cinnamon Ritz crackers. (I'm gonna make homemade crackers.)

Tomorrow....Pumpkinpalooza!  I'm still working on setting up a link so you can post your favorite recipes too.
